Canvey told she needs to be supervised at work while she is under investigation A GP at a struggling surgery, which was suddenly shut down following an inspection, is being examined by health regulators. Dr Saida Noorah, based at the Grafton Surgery, in Long Roadway, Canvey, has had a string of conditions placed on her GP registration while the General Medical Council carries out the probe. She should be carefully kept an eye on by a scientific supervisor, can just operate in a group practice with at least 3 GP partners and has to notify the regulator if she aims to leave the Grafton Surgery. Patient Lisa Baker, 53, of Long Road, Canvey, hopes the questions will push up standards at the practice.
