Pill death: Charlotte Foster misfortune to be reported to General Medical Council The case of a 23-year-old lady from Shropshire who died after taking the birth control pill will be described the General Medical Council. Charlotte Grace Foster, of Trinity Mews, Newport, passed away on January 25 from a blood clot brought on by taking the oral contraceptive pill, Dianette.
