The Mid-Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) had advanced plans to not consistently fund listening device for people with moderate hearing loss, in addition to three choices for physiotherapy– including a private-only service, telephone recommendations or restricting the service to one evaluation and one follow-up.
